At YasFleura, my goal is to create a space where you can unwind and leave feeling your best inside and out. 🌸 To ensure a smooth experience, please take note of the following: * A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. * Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time to avoid any changes. * If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you, but appointments may be adjusted depending on time constraints. * A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a 30% service fee. By booking your appointment, you agree that the card on file will be charged for the late cancellation/ rescheduling fee. * No show appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. 15 minutes late with no communication is considered a no-show. Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 30% service fee.
In the event of a no-show, a 50% fee will be charged for the missed appointment. 15 minutes late with no communication is considered a no show.
